B. Studio Paris is a Paris-based fashion design and product development studio supporting brands and founders across research, design, garment development, and production oversight.
The studio works through close involvement at every stage, ensuring strong concepts translate into precise, production-ready execution.
Phase 1 - Research and Direction Setting
This phase establishes the conceptual and strategic foundation of the project. Research focuses on context, references, and constraints relevant to the brand and product category. Direction is defined through clear objectives, design intent, and technical considerations, ensuring all subsequent decisions are aligned from the outset.
Phase 2 - Design Development and Decision Making
Designs are developed into production-ready garments through pattern making, fittings, and technical adjustments. This phase focuses on construction logic, fit, and material behavior. Each prototype is reviewed and refined to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for production.
Phase 3 - Technical Development and Prototyping
Design development translates the initial direction into concrete proposals. Silhouettes, proportions, and construction ideas are explored and refined through sketches and iterations. Decisions are made collaboratively, with emphasis on clarity and feasibility, before progressing into technical development.
Phase 4 - Production Oversight and Coordination
Production is supported through close coordination with manufacturers and external partners. Sampling follow-up, technical clarification, and quality alignment are handled to ensure the final outcome remains consistent with the approved design and development stages.

The studio remains responsible across all stages of the project.
Decisions are not handed off between phases. Quality is protected through continuity, documentation, and disciplined communication rather than isolated tasks or partial involvement.
